Justin leads ON Hair Salon with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the hair industry. Having worked in Korea, Australia, and Singapore, he brings a global perspective and a strong creative vision to the salon. As the driving force behind ONHAIR, he oversees daily operations, mentors fellow stylists through beauty talks, and develops the “On Hair” platform to uplift the industry. More than just a leader, Justin inspires the team to continually grow, refine their craft, and deliver excellence every day.

Chloe brings a bright and thoughtful energy to ONHAIR. She studied beauty in Korea, England, and Japan and blends what she learned into styles matching current trends and your personality. She doesn't only copy hairstyles, but also designs them to fit your face and personality. Chloe is keen on small details, understands how to shape a style just right, and always ensures her clients look amazing and confident.

Stylist Grace
Grace began her professional journey in Korea, completing a formal beauty
program during college and building her career at ChaHong Ardor as well as
salons in the Gangnam and Cheongdam districts while also working backstage at
F/W Seoul Fashion Week and in broadcast productions, styling Miss Korea winners
and celebrities. She later expanded her expertise through experiences in salons of
various scales.
Grace’s philosophy goes beyond creating short-lived designs. She is dedicated to
hair health, style longevity, and fostering a sense of confidence and satisfaction
that becomes part of her clients’ everyday lives.
