Having worked in Korea, Australia, and Singapore, he brings a global perspective and a strong creative vision to the salon. As the driving force behind ONHAIR, he oversees daily operations, mentors fellow stylists through beauty talks, and develops the “On Hair” platform to uplift the industry. More than just a leader, Justin inspires the team to continually grow, refine their craft, and deliver excellence every day.

She doesn't only copy hairstyles, but also designs them to fit your face and personality. Chloe is keen on small details, understands how to shape a style just right, and always ensures her clients look amazing and confident.
